Obtaining a Visa Letter from Agri Expo:
In order to be issued a visa letter, please send an email to info@agriexpo-eg.com, Subject: “Request for Visa letter – Agri Expo 2023” with the below documents:
- The registration confirmation email that you have received upon completing your registration.
- An official letter signed and stamped by your company with your name and title delegating you to visit Agri EXPO 2023.
- Copy of your valid passport.

The 2023 Agri expo was a huge success and the same flow is expected in the 2024 as well. In the year 2023. 150 Exhibitors (National & International) participated form 20 countries. Around 15000 Total Visitors joined the event form around 40 countries.

STAND DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION: Raw space Exhibitors will be provided with floor space only. Exhibitors have to design and construct their own booths which comply with the venue’s Rules and Regulations, as well as any conditions specified by the Organizer before or during the exhibition. Exhibitors must select a reputable and experienced contractor on their own to design and construct their booths at their own expense.
STANDARD BOOTH: Standard booth will be provided.
